By using our services you are stating that you have read, understand, and are agreeing to be bound by our strict terms of service before subscribing.
Approved URL’s Only: The use of our managed marketing service is strictly for the promotion of approved URL's only and cannot be used for the promotion of website URL's other than those approved by ManagedMarketingCampaigns.com. If a staff member of ManagedMarketingCampaigns.com feels that the content of a website submitted for promotion is not appropriate, they may at their discretion reject the websites inclusion in our marketing campaigns and request that a new website submitted by the client.
Campaign Results: While our marketing managers will use every known resource and personal skill to ensure that all participants achieve reasonable results and a reasonable amount of traffic, participant must understand that results may very from month to month due to a wide variety of circumstances and therefore we cannot and will not make any guarantee's that participants will achieve funded sales as a result of using this service.
Monthly Subscription: This service is a subscription service and is not available as one off purchase. All campaign fees are billed every 30 days on the anniversary date from the original date of commencement. You may cancel your subscription at anytime and you will receive the remaining amount of time originally purchased when subscribing.
Subscription Cancellation: Please Note that should you wish to discontinue using this service, you will need to visit www.MemberSupportDesk.com and request that your subscription is cancelled.
No Refunds: You must also understand and agree that all campaign fees are completely non-refundable as 75% of these fees are automatically paid into a group marketing account which is used to pay for co-op ads in magazines, newspapers, traffic campaigns, email campaigns, media and multi-media ads, and all other services we use to bring exposure to your website. 25% of the monthly subscription fee is used as an administration fee to pay our marketing managers. Any inaccurate disputes with the payment processors or chargeback’s with your financial institution will result in your entire account being closed down including any websites where we have influence.
Fraud Warning: We take fraud seriously, anyone attempting to use this service with the intention of doing a chargeback through their financial institution will be seen as committing fraud, which in some countries carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years if convicted. So be warned, legal action will be aggressively taken to the full extent of the law within country of the crime committed.
Final Instructions: You must agree and understand these terms of service before subscribing, if you don’t agree to our terms and conditions, please don’t use this service as these are the terms and conditions to which you will legally be bound.
